Boris Pankin

Boris Pankin (born 20 February 1931) was a Foreign Minister of the Soviet Union in 1991, and former Soviet Ambassador in Sweden.

He now lives in Bromma borough outside Stockholm in Sweden and works as a lecturer and writer. Pankin also sits on the Board of Advisors of the Global Panel Foundation.

In January 2005 he was given the "Stockholm Citizen of the Month" award by the City of Stockholm.
