Added merge with Bophuthatswanan postal orders, as they basically deal with the same subject, and are quite short as per today. If they could be lengthened it would be okay to keep two articles, but if not, it would make more sense to have just one. Bjelleklang - talk 11:59, 8 November 2005 (UTC)

Bjelleklang, the reason why these are 2 separate articles is that the Bophuthatswanan postal orders were issued prior to the reincorporation of the Bantustans into South Africa,& that the Bophuthatswana Remainder Issue postal orders were issued after being reicorporated into South Africa. The 2 articles are also separate for the sake of convenience & to emphasise to collectors the difference between the ones issued by the actual country,& those issued later. Those issued later are of historical interest to numismatists in their own right. Why not have an article that deals with both periods? At present time, the articles are short enough to be merged without any problems, and if they are lengthened in the future, they could be split. Having two short articles (3 and 5 lines each) that deals with what is basically the same subject, although a few years apart only serves to make the information harder to find. Bjelleklang,I will be getting in touch with one of my contacts in America who is a postal order collector like me.I am sure that he could upload some photos to put into the 2 articles. - (Aidan Work 05:08, 11 November 2005 (UTC))
