In this episode of the Boondocks, Tom DuBois is arrested for "fitting the description" of the "X-Box Killer". Huey and Riley enlist the help of Ed Wuncler III and his friend Gin Rummy (who has similar black affectations) to clear Tom's name by the end of the day. This would save Tom from being put in holding and facing his worst nightmare of being anally raped by inmates that he, as a prosecutor, helped to put there. The episode is the first speaking appearance of Jazmine, Tom's daughter, who is worried about her father.

This episode has been frequently cited as analagous to the War on Terror. For instance, Edward Johnson the third had a "W" around his neck, like George W. Bush has a W starting his middle name. Also, when the arab gas station clerk is being asked for a gun he dosn't have, he says "you're thinking of the Korean shop", and the real teorists are in north korea. Also, they're robbing a gas station, much like the US is robbing the Middle East for oil.
