Talk:Bonito
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
What is on the image, Image:Bonito.jpg, is Euthynnus pelamys, but the scientific name had changed to Katsuwonus pelamis. First, genus names both are not Sarda as the article describes. Second, the Japanese article ja:カツオ claims that the English name for Katsuwonus pelamis is "skipjack tuna". And the description within the image is "bonito" indeed.
We should research that the term "bonito" covers how many kinds of fish, and fix the article accordingly.
