BOK Financial Corporation (BOKF) NASDAQ: BOKF, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a financial services company in the West South Central States region of the United States. The corporate headquarters is located in the BOK Tower in downtown Tulsa. The company has six main bank subsidiaries: Bank of Oklahoma, N.A.; Bank of Texas, N.A.; Bank of Albuquerque, N.A.; Bank of Arkansas, N.A.; Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A. and the recently acquired Bank of Arizona, N.A. .

BOKF has a market value of approximately $3.2 billion USD as of the Q3 2006. [1]

BOKF recently acquired naming rights, at a price of $11 Millions USD, for the multi-purpose arena now under construction in Tulsa.[2] The arena, christened the BOK Center, is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
