Talk:Bohica Associates Corporation

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There is a distinct difference between the COTS Software and services offered by Bohica Associates Corporation and the tireless work for the National Information Exchange Model with Bohica Associates BACEngine NIEM Data Search Tools. DOJ and DHS feel strongly about the work going forward.

Both pages Bohica Associates and Bohica Associates Corporation refer to the same corporate web site, so the claimed distinction is not clear. If there are two corporate entities, they could be explained on one page, and the second page made a redirect. However, both pages read like an advertisement. Probably a paragraph about the company's role in GJXDM would suffice. The article has been created by an anonymous user, and the discussion entry is unsigned. RayGates 23:55, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
The GJXDM and NIEM work is like French and English. Different work and different results. The web link simply gives additional details The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.122.53.101 (talk • contribs) .
I have merged the Bohica Associates page with this one, and made that page a redirect. I have also created Bohica associates as another redirect, and Bohica as a disambiguation page. That should ensure that this page can be found if a short form is entered. To differentiate the company's roles (e.g. products, services, projects), use headings within the one page. We feel the dual listings are helpful. Thanks ...Good work Ray, but it is fine the way that BAC has been listed. The work that has been completed by BAC for the DOJ,DHS and DOD is groundbreaking. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.122.53.101 (talk • contribs) .

Please don't go deleting comments from this Talk page. Respond to them instead. I have been trying to help improve this page, but this type of action only encourages me to recommend it for deletion! How is the work for NIEM different from the services offered by Bohica elsewhere. Why does this need two articles instead of one? RayGates 23:54, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
