Talk:BMW 328

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The modern BMW 328, as described, probably does not deserve a Wikipedia page in its own right; it's a particularly odd sight given that the BMW 3-series range has not been given a page yet. (The 328 is simply a type of 3-series BMW with a 2.8-litre engine.) The present page would much more usefully describe the innovative and influential pre-WW2 BMW 328, that deserves an entry in most books on sportscars. -- User:Hotlorp

Here's the text which I have now removed:

Part of the 3-series of BMW automobiles. The 328 is a smaller car, offered in both 2 and 4 door versions. The later 2 numbers represent the volume of the engine, therefore the 328 has a 2.8 liter engine. Modern 328's are the second most powerful cars in the 3 series, the first being the 330. They are offered in 2 and 4-door versions and are also available in covertible body style. This sporty compact car is very popular because it remains comfortable and elegant while being a very sportsy and fun car to drive.
