You might want to have a quick look at the policy pages, especially neutral point of view, particularly in reference to your article on the future of cars. Hiya. I'm a comparative newbie, so I'll try and share some advice...
- Check out redirects - rather than creating topic that say nothing but "see X".
- Try to add to existing entries rather than creating new ones. In this case smart car, Intelligent transportation system, automated highway system could all do with the touch of an expert on the subject.

The pedia is an encyclopedia, not a discussion forum. Articles like "Improving the WikiWeb" aren't approprate, no more so than an op-ed piece in Britanica.
