I removed the banner with the "King of Queers" crack from your user page. I'm not sure if you already know this, but personal attacks are not tolerated on Wikipedia. Please don't do this (or anything similar) again. - A Man In Black (conspire | past ops) 03:20, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] RfA Nomination

Considering that you haven't been nominated, I figure I should remove that as well. I'll paste the standard welcome message below.

Welcome!

Hello, Blueballs, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!  Karmafist 05:23, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits

Your edits leave me with the impression that you are a sock puppet of User:129.15.120.186, which has been blocked for a month for vandalism. Your edits to NickBush24's RfA are pointless, as they will not be counted and your edits to your user page are disruptive as Redwolf24 has not nominated you for adminship, and he did not award you a barnstar. Based on history of your user page, you've spend about 30 minutes trying to create a userpage intended to spoof people into believing you are not a sockpuppet account. Anyone familar with Wikipedia can deduce that this account is a sockpuppet, and do so within a minute or two. You aren't wasting much time on the part of other people, but you are most definitely wasting your time. Why not contribute positively to Wikipedia? If you do, your time won't be wasted. --Durin 13:18, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

Durin why is it that my votes doesen't count. I read that all are invited to vote. Everyone has found an exuseless exception for me, so i have tried numerous ways to apply my vote. I should be able to vote!--Blueballs 20:32, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

  • Based on your edits, it is readily apparent that you are a sock puppet created solely to attack NickBush24. Same for Greenmonkey. Note that your votes as Blueballs and Greenmonkey were not removed, but simply struck through. Anonymous IPs are not allowed to vote, and thus your votes as User:129.15.120.186 were removed. Your votes as a logged in user were not. It is up to a bureaucrat to decide whether your vote should be included in the finally tally or not. Regardless, even if all three of your oppose votes were counted or not counted it would not make a difference in the outcome; his RfA is failing. It will be closed in about 7 hours, and it is highly unlikely he'll pick up the >20 new support votes he needs to pass. --Durin 20:44, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

IT'T THE PRINCIPLE OF ME HAVING THE RIGHT TO VOTE ON THE NOMINATION WITHOUT SOME HOTSHOTS THINKING THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH SHUTTING ME OUT

[edit] Tdxiang

You are not Tdxiang, so I'll remove that from your page too. Redwolf24 (talk—How's my driving?) 22:25, 18 October 2005 (UTC) Mr. Redwolf24Why did you blank my page. I'm trying to be civil here and start something that I can occupy myself with. Why destroy it? Why don't you just leave me alone? I haven't vandalized and yet everybody's out to get me? YOU Leave ME Alone, let some other unbiased admin take care of it!!!--Blueballs 23:17, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

Sorry to but in but he removed it because you were impersonating another user, which in itself would constitute a block. Jobe6 Image:Peru flag large.png 23:19, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

he didn't just remove that, HE BLANKED MY PAGE, which was not necessary because some of it wasn't stolen.

Oh no, I left the TOC. Every part of your page was from Tdxiang or NickBush24. Though technically it's legal under the GFDL, it's impersonation, under the blocking policy. Redwolf24 (talk—How's my driving?) 23:27, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

YOU JUST HAVE A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST ME! NO OTHER ADMIN WOULD DO TO MY PAGE WHAT YOU DID! LOOK MAN I LEFT YOU BUDDY NICK BUSH24 ALONE, NOW LEAVE ME THE *$## ALONE. YOU EVEN BLOCKED ME ONCE WITHOUT WARNING WHEN I JUST CHANGED THE COLOR OF THE STREETLIGHT FIXTURE. F OFF OK!

[edit] WP:NPA

Hi, I encourage you to read WP:NPA and WP:Civil, we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, but please do so in a civil manner. Thank you. «»Who?¿?meta 23:37, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Your block

Please see the block log regarding blocks on your account. The issues raised by Redwolf24 are real and legitimate. Nobody has a vendetta against you personally. There are multiple admins, myself included, who would take the action that other admins have here (User:Fvw, User:Redwolf24, User:DragonflySixtyseven, and User:Who has chimed in as well). Thus, at a minimum, five admins have taken a look at your actions here and have judged your actions to be improper. In particular, your use of materials on your userpage can be interpreted to be impersonation. Please see Wikipedia:Blocking_policy#Impersonation for the relevant policy. Furthermore, your efforts regarding NickBush24 under this account make it apparent you are a sockpuppet of User:Greenmonkey and User:129.15.120.186. The former has been indefinitely banned and the latter has been banned for a month. The applicable policy here is Wikipedia:Blocking_policy#Bans. Even if the above did not apply, then your Blueballs username could be blocked for violation of this policy: Wikipedia:Blocking_policy#Usernames.

You are currently fighting against policy by using anger, rather than rationale. The policy has been established by many, many people over time. One user's angry venting over the application of no less than three different policies regarding your ban is unlikely to cause change. At this juncture, if you still believe you have been improperly targeted by the five different admins that have reviewed this matter, you may take the matter up with Wikipedia:Association of Members' Advocates, file a Wikipedia:Requests for comment or review Wikipedia:Resolving disputes for other potential avenues to resolve the dispute.

If, after reading the above, you can see how you have erred, then take the time imposed by the one month ban on User:129.15.120.186 to reflect on what it is you want to achieve by being part of the Wikipedia community. After the ban has expired, sign up for a new account with an appropriate username and make positive, non-vandalizing, non-attacking edits to this wonderful resource.

I am not going to override the indefinite ban placed on this account, as it was not placed in error. Even if it was, I would approach the other admins regarding the ban to gain concensus on the right measures to apply. However, I am going to remove the protection of this talk page to allow you the opportunity to discuss these issues here in a civil manner if you choose to do so. If, on the other hand, you use this opportunity to lash out and attack the five admins who have reviewed this matter, I will reapply the protection.

In short, stop contributing negatively and start contributing positively. --Durin 14:11, 19 October 2005 (UTC)
