Bluespec, Inc.[1] is founded in June,2003. Bluespec, Inc. provides advanced Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions for the design of complex semiconductor chips. Bluespec’s Electronic System Level (ESL) Synthesis toolsets significantly accelerate hardware design and modeling & reduce verification costs while delivering:
• Over a 50% reduction in time to a verified design or model
• Less than 50% of the bugs compared to RTL design
Bluespec has two product lines. Primarily for ASIC and FPGA hardware designers and architects, Bluespec is delivering SystemVerilog-based ESL synthesis with no compromise (speed and area) RTL. Bluespec is the only ESL synthesis solution for control logic, complex datapaths and algorithms. For SystemC users, Bluespec has delivered high-level ESL Synthesis abstractions to SystemC.
