Androstephium caeruleum, is also known as the Blue Funnel Lily. A perennial herb, it is found the United States of America, in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Seed dispersal is by wind.

The species is uncommon in its habitat, black soil praire. The corm was once eaten in West Texas.
