BlueLink is a Bulgarian virtual information network offering a broad variety of Internet-based services on issues related to the environment, natural resources, and sustainable development in Bulgaria.

BlueLink says it "aims to create a free forum for exchange of information in order to support sustainable development, democracy and civil society."

This organisation was involved with the first NGO e-election in Bulgaria, at the end of 2005. BlueLink designed the process that was facilitiated through the Civil e-Representation Platform. This platform is an internet-based tool for the election of representatives of NGOs in working groups and committees to institutions dealing with the implementation of environmental and sustainable development policies in Bulgaria.
