This template places long quotations in an HTML <blockquote> element. Use it like this:

 {{blockquote|
 The first paragraph of a long quotation.
 
 <p>Subsequent paragraphs need a <p> tag, although a fix exists, and 
 Wikipedia will implement it eventually.
 }}

{{Long quotation|...}} is a redirect to this template. Of course, you could just put the long quotation in a <blockquote>...</blockquote> element and achieve the identical result.
