I'm moving toward replacing this image on the Bloom County page, for two reasons:

1) It's not actually very representative - the illustration style is much sloppier than your usual Bloom County strip and even the humor is a tad more conventional...don't think it's a coincidence that Breathed was just a couple of months away from retiring the strip at this point.

2) Though it has quite a few main characters in it, some of the biggest are also missing - Steve Dallas, Oliver, Cutter John and Bill the Cat, mainly. It's nearly impossible to find all the main players in one strip, though.

3) It's still very high resolution, which presents copyright issues.

Thoughts? I figure the cover of the first BC collection is a good alternative for the top of the article, since it has a handful of lead characters from the height of the strip's popularity. --relaxathon 14:52, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
