Blow Job may refer to:
- A Blow Job is an alcoholic cocktail, consisting of a quarter of a fluid ounce of coffee flavored liquor layered with half a fluid ounce of amaretto liquor. It has become customary for one person to mix the drink in a small shot glass, top the drink with whipped cream, and have another individual pick up the glass with their mouth and tilt their head back to drink it. Usually when two or more people order one of these and one spills the whipped cream it is licked off by one of the other drinkers.
- A blow job may also refer to fellatio.
