Bloody Sunday is a hardcore Christian band from Virginia Beach, Virginia. The name comes from the Irish massacre in 1972 in which 14 Irish Civil Rights activists were shot dead by the British Parachute Regiment.

In May of 2003, Bloody Sunday was founded. Since then, Bloody Sunday continue to use their energetic music to share their convictions of faith and friendship. The band first gained attention within 10 months of it's inception, after they were signed to Strikefirst Records where their EP They Attack At Dawn was recorded and released. After the release, Bloody Sunday gained a considerable fan base; most known for their energetic live performances. Bloody Sunday's second full length album To Sentence The Dead was released on May 10, with a new lineup.
