Blood on the Asphalt or BotA is an album of 25 songs, urban-themed "rearrangements" of the music from the classic video game series Street Fighter II. The album was a non-profit collaboration of musicians and lovers of Street Fighter II, the soundtracks of which having been composed by Yoko Shimomura and Capcom's sound team Alph Lyla. The album was titled by creator Shael Riley, who believed that the title was "used a few times by different facets of the music industry, usually in an ironically anti-establishment capacity."

Officially branded as a Super Street Fighter II Turbo-based album, it encompasses the themes of the original 12 World Warriors of Street Fighter II, the 4 New Challengers of Super Street Fighter II, and the Grand Master hidden character Akuma of Super Street Fighter II Turbo.

The project began by having the participating artists pick tracks to recreate, although many artists eventually dropped out leaving project manager Shael Riley to add on Stephen Malcolm-Howell as a co-director on March 13, 2006 in order to help complete the album. Arrangements of each character's ending theme were in the project's initial plans, but were later dropped by Riley when deemed impractical. As a result, the album only features ending theme arrangements of Dhalsim and Guile. The finished product was officially released and spotlighted as OverClocked ReMix's seventh Site Project on May 29, 2006. As of November 11, 2006, the MP3 CD album torrent was downloaded over 5,500 times.
