Blood Circus was an early, short-lived grunge band. In 1988, American record label Sub Pop released their first and only album, Primal Rock Therapy. Their biggest claim to fame was when their song "The Outback" was included on the Sub Pop 200 compilation (from which several bands, including Nirvana and Screaming Trees, went on to achieve mainstream popularity). Primal Rock Therapy, which was produced by Jack Endino, turned out to be one of Sub Pop's worst-selling releases of all time.
