Bloint is slang for a two different ways of smoking cannabis. A Bloint can be a spliff that is very long and/or very large around like a cigar. A Bloint can also be a cannabis cigar that is of small diameter like a cigarette.

Creating a bloint is not like rolling a normal spliff. Rolling a bloint requires some special techniques.

To be considered a Bloint, it must be longer and/or wider than one of the standard sizes of cigarette papers. This creates a problem getting a paper that is the proper size. One solution to this problem is to combine two or more cigarette papers together to increase length, diameter, or both. This can be a very difficult task because often there is only one strip of glue on the papers. At the joint of the two papers there will be a hole that will allow air to come in and make the bloint hit poorly.

Rolls of uncut cigarette papers (such as Juicy Jay's) can be used to create custom length bloints. This is the best cigarette paper solution for creating a Bloint.

If you are going to use a cigar to create a bloint, it must be very small. It is usually about the diameter of a cigarette though generally longer. Rolling a bloint in this way can be difficult because the cigar may be too brittle to roll so tightly. Oftentimes it is easier to trim the blunt in half, so that there is less paper to work with. Rolling a full sized cigar into a bloint will result in some parts being thicker than others, causing the Bloint to burn unevenly.
