Blinky may refer to:

• Blinky is a three-eyed fish from the television series The Simpsons. See list of animals in The Simpsons.
• A blinky is a small flashing novelty (often worn on the clothes) at raves, 4th of July shows, or amusement parks.
• Blinky was also the name of a series of MS-DOS games known as Blinky, featuring a donut scarfing dinosaur with a little cat named Doughnut and a lizard pal named Chum who fought the evil Shnookwad to save Funky Forest.
• Blinky is also the red ghost featured in Pac-Man.
