Tom and Diana begin to have hallucinations of people from their respective pasts, after unknowingly consuming cookies laced with a 4400-produced "drug". Tom's visions of his father cause him to reassess his relationship with Shawn, while Diana's relationship with Marco is brought to a close after several hallucinatory encounters with her ex-fiancé. Isabelle decides she wants Shawn to marry her, no matter what.
