[edit] Enemies
- Eames: Eames is a warlock who has collected the powers of cloning himself, self-transmogrification, deflection, Darklighter powers, Whitelighter powers and projecting fire. In 1991, Eames murdered a Witch in Glasgow and stole the Cloning power from her in the process. Eames also killed a Witch in Nairobi, Kenya in 1989 and took the power of transmogrification. Any witch should consider him to be a terrible threat. Eames tried to obtain the powers of witches and Whitelighters, to complete his master plan to orb up and kill all the Whitelighters, leaving witches unprotected.
- Darklighter: See Darklighter
[edit] Allies
- Whitelighter: Good beings assigned by The Elders to guide and watch over witches and heal them when needed. They also possess the power to orb, levitate, glamour, throw energy balls and telekinesis. In their previous life, they were mortals who did exceedingly good deeds. As a reward, they are given eternal life to continue to work for the power of good. The only real form of danger they have are Darklighters. The primary whitelighters in the episode Blinded by the Whitelighter are Leo and Natalie, an old friend of Leo's and a by-the-book Whitelighter.
[edit] Spells
- To Vanquish Eames: Time for amends and a victim’s revenge. Cloning power turns sour. Power to change turns to strange. I’m rejectin’ your deflection.

[edit] Trivia
- This episode title is a play on words to the Bruce Springsteen song Blinded by the Light, later remade to greater success by Manfred Mann.
- Phoebe reveals to Leo that she really didn't vanquish Cole in this episode
- The Elders allow Piper and Leo to marry in this episode.
- We learn in this episode that Whitelighters speak a language of their own, which sounds like a series of clicks.
- When Natalie is training the sisters in the alley and Phoebe levitates, you can clearly see her shirt being pulled up from the strings that are holding her.
- Actor Graham Shiels appears in another episode of Charmed titled Muse to My Ears. In both episodes, he plays an evil character who is quickly killed by another evil character.
- In this episode a remake of the song "It Takes Two" by Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock is played when the Charmed Ones are training with Natalie. This song version and the artists who remade it are never credited.
- Coincidentlly, this is the first time Prue calls out commands while using her telekinesis, similar to how Paige Matthews does.
- When Prue first meet Natalie and thought she was a demon, she was going to hop across the table to fight Natalie instead of using her telekinetic power as usual.
