*Bleep* is an episode of PBS's hit kids series Arthur.

[edit] Plot

When D.W. overhears a boy using a swear word in a conversation with his mother at a glass shop, she wonders why the boy's mother dropped the glass she was holding. Arthur and The Tibble Twins warn her not to say it in front of an adult. D.W. gets an idea that it causes them to be mind-controlled. As a test, D.W. asks Vecita, her next door neighbor to say it to her parents. When D.W's mother asks her to come down for dinner, she accidentally says the swear word to her mother, causing her to get in trouble. She later finds out that the word is a bad word and should not be said.
