[edit] History

The band formed in January of 2003, consisting of vocalist Noah Robinson, guitarists Kyle Moorman and Wayne Miller, bassist Casey Kulek and drummer Austin D'Amond.

The band signed a worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast Records on November 11, 2004.[1]

On January 3, 2005, the band parted with bassist Casey Kulek due to "personal reasons". He was replaced by Daylen Elsey.[2]

The band's debut album titled Paradigm in Entropy was released on April 19, 2005.

On September 9, 2006, the band announced the departure of guitarist Kyle Moorman citing that he wanted to pursue other elements of the music business. Submissions for a replacement guitarist are currently taking place. Also mentioned was that the band will enter the studio in December to record their second album through Nuclear Blast Records.[3] Moorman was later replaced by David Culbert, formerly of Brotherhood.[1]

[edit] Genre

The All Music Guide described Bleed the Sky's style as "futuristic, industrial, and melody-infused take on nu-metal's dissonant riffs and rap-like vocals".
