As you say, the image comes from this website. I couldn't find a copyright notice on that website, could you explain why you tagged it as GNU? If it actually isn't covered by a free license, please be aware that chances are that image will be deleted, as there are abundant free alternatives. This image has been tagged for deletion because it is clearly a copyright violation from here. The site states "All rights reserved" for all content. If there is reason this image shouldn't be deleted, please say so at the appropriate page. By the way, I would strongly suggest not tagging an image as GFDL when you don't own the image unless the image has been licenced in this fashion (or more liberally, such as MIT/BSD or public domain).
