Photo of a Blastomyces dermatitidis organism taken through a microscope at 100x magnification. The slide was made from a skin sore on a Great Dane suffering from blastomycosis. It was stained with a modified Wright's stain (Diff-Quik). It was taken by Joel Mills on September 17, 2005. Photo cropped by Joel Mills on July 2, 2006.
