Blair Dunlop is a English actor who made his acting debut in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", directed by Tim Burton. Blair plays the young Willy Wonka, a child under strict rule by his father, a dentist, Dr. Wilbur Wonka (Christopher Lee).

Blair was also on an English television show called "Rocket Man"[1], supposedly based on a nineteenth century railway engineer. Blair played a character named Caleb McNulty for two episodes.
