- John J. Blaine (1875-1934), a United States Senator and governor of Wisconsin.
- Blaine V. Roche (1986 - present), son of Robert J.V. Roche, and more notably, the "Roche Family", out of Sicily.
- David Blaine (1973 - present), an American illusionist and stunt performer.
- Blaine was the signature of a prominent political cartoonist.
Blaine is also the name of several fictional characters, including:
