Blagoveshchensk (Russian: Благове́щенск) is a town in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, located 42 km north of Ufa on the right bank of the Belaya River at . Population: 32,989 (2002 Census).
Founded in 1756; town status since 1941.
