Black Sun Empire Recordings

Black Sun Empire Recordings is a Dutch drum and bass record label run by (until recently) a relatively unknown group called Black Sun Empire. This record label mainly releases material from the Black Sun Empire group, however the label has released material for various artists such as: Illskillz, SKC, Kemal, and many others.

The label stands out from other labels for its unique trancey yet grimey 'tech' style of drum and bass which can be both heard through the music on the label and seen on the artwork.

The label was relatively unnoticed until the release of their first lp, Driving Insane, which granted may not have sold as much as other big LP's of the last few years but put them on the map as a most promising up and coming label and artist for all darkstep, techstep and neurofunk heads.
