Black Mountain is a national park in Queensland (Australia), 1539 km northwest of Brisbane.
The main attracion of the site is a mountain of black granite boulders 1 km high. The spaces between the boulders are often very large, many of which lead to caves. The caves are filled with bats and a number of people have disappeared while exploring the caves.
Only one person is known to have explored the caves and found a way out. He described hellish network of caves and said that he would not go back for a king's ransom.
