Björn Skifs born April 20, 1947 in Vansbro, Dalarna County, Sweden, is a Swedish singer, songwriter, actor and screenwriter.

In the 1970s he was the lead singer of Blue Swede. They had a No.1 hit on Billboard 1974 with a cover on Hooked on a Feeling.

He did the role of The Arbiter on the original studio album for Chess (musical).

Povel Ramel gave him The Karamelodiktstipendiet in 1984.

He represented Sweden twice in the Eurovision Song Contest, in 1978 and 1981. In 2000 he hosted Melodifestivalen, the Swedish heat of the Eurovision Song Contest.
