Bjárni Guðjónsson (born February 26, 1979 in Akranes) is an Icelandic football (soccer) player. His position is midfielder.

Guðjónsson began his career at his hometown club ÍA, before moving to Newcastle United in 1997 for £500,000. He failed to break into the first team at the club and left a year later for Belgian club Genk before returning to England in 2000 with Stoke City in a £250,000 signing. He was a first team regular for Stoke until 2003 when he was signed on a free by VfL Bochum. He struggled to cement a place in the first team at Bochum and was loaned out to Coventry City in 2004. Coventry signed him on a free later that year although he once again proved to be little more than a fringe player and was released by the club in late 2004. He was signed on a free by Plymouth Argyle who he stayed with until early 2006 when he was released.

He has been capped 14 times for Iceland, scoring once. He has two brothers who have also played professional football, Þórður and Jóhannes. He is also the son of former footballer and now manager Guðjón Þórðarson.
