There were four Afghanis detained in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps named Bismullah.
- Bismillah, from Pirwan Siagird, Afghanistan, was transferred from Guantanamo before the Combatant Status Review Tribunals began in July 2004.
- Bismillah, from Oruzgan Province Afghanistan], was transferred from Guantanamo before the Combatant Status Review Tribunals began in July 2004.
- Bismaullah, detainee ID 960, from Baghran District Afghanistan, was transferred from Guantanamo before the Combatant Status Review Tribunals began in July 2004.
- Haji Bismullah, from Musa Qala, Afghanistan, attended both his Combatant Status Review Tribunal and his Administrative Review Board hearing.
