Bishopric of Augsburg

The Bishopric of Augsburg is historically one of the prince-bishoprics of the Holy Roman Empire.
Currently, the Diocese of Augsburg is a Roman Catholic diocese in the Archdiocese of München und Freising / Munich. The diocese covers an area of 13,250 km². The current bishop is Walter Mixa. The bishops of Augsburg from 1818 onwards are listed in a separate article.
