Bischofswerda

Bischofswerda (Lusatian: Biskupicy) is a small town in Germany. As of 2001, the population is 13,907. It is located in the district of Bautzen, in the Free State of Saxony, 33 km east of Dresden, and 18 km west of Bautzen. The river Wesenitz flows through Bischofswerda.
