Birra Moretti is an Italian brewing company, founded in Udine in 1859 by Luigi Moretti. It is particularly known for its Moretti Doppio Malto, an amber lager made approximately in the German Bock style.

[edit] Football Tournament

Since 1997, Birra Moretti sponsors a yearly football friendly tournament between 3 Italian football teams called by invitation (even though Inter has been the only team who participated in all editions) where the winner is entitled to the Birra Moretti Cup. The last competition consisted of the squads of Juventus, Inter and Napoli and took place in the San Paolo Stadium.[1]
