Biro

Biro is a common term for a ballpoint pen, (though not in American English). The name comes from the pen's inventor, Hungarian László Bíró. Other uses of the term or name biro include:
- Biromash, a term used for a ballpoint pen drawing.
- Charles Biro, a comic book writer.
- Ladislao "László" Josef Bíró, the inventor of the modern ballpoint pen.
