Birds Australia Southern NSW & ACT

Birds Australia Southern NSW & ACT (BASNA) is the southern NSW and ACT regional group of Birds Australia. BASNA was formed in 1993. Members of Birds Australia resident in southern New South Wales (including the Sydney region) and the Australian Capital Territory are automatically members of BASNA. The quarterly newsletter is NSW Bird Notes. Activities provided for members include meetings, a variety of excursions and campouts, bird surveys and conservation projects. BASNA maintains an office and ornnithological library at Crows Nest, Sydney.
