Biodanza
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Biodanza is a system of affective integration, organic renovation and a re-education in original life functions, based on vivencias (intense experiences in the here and now) created through movement, dance, and encounter situations within a group. Biodanza has therapeutic elements but is not a therapy. The Biodanza System was created in the 1960's by Rolando Toro Araneda.
