Bin can refer to:
- Any container for storing any kind of material or items, usually with a large opening at the top so that contents can easily be removed, often with a lid
- Dustbin, a container for rubbish or waste
- The verb where someone throws something away, sometimes into the above. "Oh, I binned it"
- /bin, a common Unix directory
- In mathematics, the histogram of a discrete variable that can acquire m different values is called an "m-bin histogram"
- In manufacturing, electronic devices are tested and sorted according to performance into bins. This process is referred to as binning
