I vaguely recall a cartoon strip called "Red Spanner" by Bill Tidy in a computing magazine in 1984, but it ended suddenly after running only a few months. Perhaps it was in "Computing" or "Datalink". I cannot find any reference to it on the web. Ogg 18:48, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
