This is taken from "Joey", Episode Number 66 of [[Adventures of Superman (TV series) DVD series . This is a screen capture, cropped and scaled down by at least half. Willard "Bill" Kennedy's voice was heard several times in various episodes of that TV series, typically as a radio voice, and most famously for his "Faster than a speeding bullet..." introduction. "Joey" is the only episode in which he appeared on-screen.
