Billy Currington (born November 19, 1973) is an American country singer-songwriter.

Billy was born and raised in Rincon, Georgia. He has four sisters and two brothers. He is single and has no children. He currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
He released his self-titled debut album in 2003. The first single released was the powerful "Walk A Little Straighter" about his relationship with his alcoholic father. The song was a top 10 hit on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. He followed up with another hit single, "I Got A Feelin'," which peaked at #5.
In 2004, Billy scored a third top 10 hit with Shania Twain on the song "Party for Two." The song was from Shania's Greatest Hits album and was released in two formats, a pop version with Mark McGrath as Shania's duet partner and a country version featuring Billy.
In 2005, the first single from his second album, "Must Be Doing Something Right," hit #1 on the Hot Country Songs chart. The single was from the album of the same name. His second single proved to be yet another success. "Why, Why, Why" is currently at #16.
