Bill Clinton Birthplace is located at 117 South Hervey Street (U.S. Route 278) in Hope, Arkansas. In this house President of the United States Bill Clinton was born on August 19, 1946.

On May 19, 1994, the property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. House Resolution 4192 (passed by the House of Representatives on March 8, 2006) proposes to designate the property as "William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site." If the bill becomes law, the Secretary of Interior would be authorized to accept the property if donated by the Clinton Birthplace Foundation, which currently offers tours of the property. The house would then presumably fall under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service.
