Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes? (simply known as Who's Got Jokes?) is a television show with one-hour stand-up comedy competition hosted by Bill Bellamy. This show also features Tommy Ford as the Pope of Comedy and Rodney Perry as the Man on the Street. As 32 comedians compete for the title, anyone can decide the winner through text messaging and online voting. This show airs on TV One. The contestants have 2 rounds to do there stand-up comedy. On the 2nd round, they put the Heckler (a comedian, Jeff Brown). He questions the comedians and tries to get them off track. The judges (which are picked from the audience each time) rate the comedians from 1-5 points (the higher the number, the better). This show was filmed in Chicago, Illinois.
