Biking Across Kansas (BAK) is an annual recreational and social rally for bicyclists that follows a route across the state of Kansas, United States.

The first BAK was held in 1975 and has been held each June since then. BAK routes vary from year to year, sometimes with multiple routes for riders to choose from. More than 800 bicyclists participate in BAK each year.
