Hi BBR -- Just reading up on resolving wiki disputes and such. Would it be wise to leave a message on Karzak's talk page concerning the need to adopt a NPOV wrt the RPoL entry? Was having a thought, but still new to Wiki and getting used to how it works here. cruinne 16:43, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

My POV reflects the moderation at RPol fairly well as far as I am concerned, and is as neutral as anything written by the moderators themselves.Karzak 18:19, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
It's pretty clear from reading the edits you've made and the response above that you have an axe to grind. I do agree that the moderators of RPoL themselves might not be neutral in their opinions about RPoL, but the the article article is a place for facts, not opinions. If you have issues with the neutrality of anything stated in the article, please bring that up in the appropriate place rather than beginning an edit/revert war. Bottom line: If you have a problem with RPoL, please deal with it via RPoL and let's leave the nice Wiki folk out of it. cruinne 18:42, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
I agree that this is a place for facts and not opinions, which is why I have been factual with the moderation one can expect at RPoL. This entry exists to inform to public about the facts concerning RPoL, and part of that is the type and quality of moderation they can expect at those boards, particularly if one is to invest perhaps years in play by post games, one should be informed as to what they can expect to recieve should moderation of them take place. If you want to discuss my case in particular, then unfortunately I can't do that at RPoL as you well know, so you can do that on email if you wish. But that has nothing to do with discussing the general quality of moderation available at RPoL, which is a worthwhile subjusct in any article concerning RPoL.Karzak 18:53, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

Once again, this is not the place to dicuss this. You want Talk:Roleplay_Online (in concert with other wiki and rpol users), not on Ron's User_Talk page nor on my User page -- and certainly not by repeatedly editing the entry to lay out your greivances. You know how to resolve your issues on RPoL; this is not the place to discuss those at all. cruinne 19:01, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
Once again, what I am doing here is giving the rpol entry addition data on the quality and kind of moderation, and comments about me specifically you can address to me via email or other private channelKarzak 19:22, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

Well, since you're so concerned about giving a fair and balanced view, you won't mind that I've pointed out that for most people, the mods are doing a good job, since that point of view is held by quite a lot of RPoL users.
