Hello my name is User: Big Boss 0. I am a huge fan of WWE and especially John Cena, D-Generation X, Ric Flair and Hollywood Hulk Hogan and the nWo. The wrestlers that I cannot stand are Kurt Angle, Rob Van Dam, and The Ultimate Warrior these guys are so boring to watch wrestle any match. I am also a member of People for the Eating of Tasty Animals. I am a Methodist Christian. I am also a player of the TCG Yu-Gi-Oh. Below I have submitted card and rule effect modifications that I have perfected over the past few years enjoy. My favorite musicians with the corresponding albums are Meatloaf (Bat Out of Hell), John Cena (You Can't See Me), and Disturbed (Believe). I have started my own duelist league in 2005 which has modifications to the basic rules and card effect changes. These changes were made even before I started this league and I have updated them when new cards come out. I will allow the copying of these rules and card effect changes for use and do my best to make sure that they are not vandalized. If vandalism does occur I will change it back as soon as possible so check back if something does not seem right. There are four championships that are fought for in PDL. These are the most prestigious titles that PDL has.
PDL Undisputed Championship-This title is only active during certain times of the year during a unification match of the PDL Championship and LC Championship.(5 time Champion)
Pontiac Duelist League Championship-This title is active most of the year. The longest reign of this title was 366 days. I will not reval the holder's name to protect his/her identity.(1 time Champion)
Livingston County Championship-This is PDL's second tier title. It is a stepping stone to the PDL Championship.(3 time Champion)
Pontiac Hardcore Championship-This title can be contested under PDL or Traditional Konami rules. The holder decides which rule set the title is defended other. Life Points do not recover after a duel ends.(4 time Champion)
[edit] PDL Rule Modifications for TCG Yu-Gi-Oh
This is the full list of PDL Rule Modifications and card effect changes. Feel free to copy them for your own personal use. Please do not change any of them. If there is something that you would like to talk about write me on my discussion page.
- The use of The Egyptian God Cards, specific counterfeit cards, and the use of foreign cards is NOT PROHIBITED.
- Level 5 monsters with less than or equal to 2000 ATK are treated as level 4 monsters.
- You only need to offer 1 monster to summon level 7 and higher monsters. To summon an Egyptian God card offer 3 monsters or monster tokens.
- To summon a fusion monster offer one monster with half the attack of the fusion monster+the one of the required monsters.
- To summon a Fusion Monster which requires 3 monsters offer 2 of the correct monsters+ a monster with the same attribute as the fusion monster.
- Ignore effects on fusion monsters such as can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon, This monster may only be Special Summoned by the above fusion monsters, and This monster may only be Special Summoned by removing ex.("X Head Cannon and Z Metal Tank) from play.
- You do not need Polymerization for fusions.
- When you have a ritual monster or spell card in your hand you can add the ritual spell or monster card to your hand.
- To summon a Ritual Monster without the Ritual Magic card discard 2 magic cards from your hand and offer the correct number of cards.
- Ritual Monsters cannot be destroyed as a result of battle.
- Spirit monsters do not return to a players hand when normal summoned of flip summoned.
- Pay no life points to have archfiends on the field.
- There is no limit to the number of cards in your hand.
- There is no limit to ATK/DEF points.
- You may discard up to four cards from your hand to the Graveyard per duel.
- You may remove up to three cards in your Graveyard from play per duel.
- You may destroy up to 1 card on your side of the field per duel during your turn.
- When the number of cards in your hand hit zero for the first time you may draw 6 cards from your deck.
- When your lp. fall below 2000 take one card from your deck and play it to the field.

The following applies to Obelisk The Tormentor, Slifer the Sky Dragon, and The Winged Dragon of Ra only. Horus does not count on the terms that it has a different effect reguarding card effects.
- Divine Attribute Monsters Effects-This card may only be normal summoned by offering 3 monsters on your side of the field as a tribute. This card is not destroyed at any time by the effects of monster, spell, and trap cards. When this card is specifically designated as a target by a card controlled by your opponent negate the effect at the end of the turn. Control of this card cannot switch. If your opponent gathers the five pieces of Exodia in their hand they automatically lose.
[edit] PDL Monster Card Effect Modifications TCG Yu-Gi-Oh
These monster card effects have been changed for duelists who use the PDL Dueling Regulations. It is the same for the Magic and Trap card sections that follow.
The Creator of Light Horus -This card may only be special summoned by removing from play "The Winged Dragon of Ra", "Slifer the Sky Dragon", and "Obelisk the Tormentor" while face up on the field. When this card is Special summoned destroy all opponent's monsters on the field. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle at any time or affected by spell, trap, or monster effects. The summoning of this card cannot be negated. This card cannot be offered as a tribute. This card's ATK/DEF or effects cannot be negated by any card. When this card is sent to the graveyard or removed from play return it to your deck and both players draw 1 card.
The Winged Dragon of Ra -The ATK/DEF of this card is equal to the total ATK/DEF of the monsters offered to summon this card. By paying 2000 LP. destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field and inflict direct damage to your opponent's LP. equal to half the atk of this card. When the ATK/DEF of this card is 0 this card may not be destroyed as a result of battle. When this card is Sp. Summoned from the graveyard it returns to the graveyard at the end of the turn.
Slifer the Sky Dragon -The ATK/DEF of this card is equal to the number of cards in your hand times 1000. When your opponent Sp. summons a monster with 2000 atk or less it is automatically destroyed. When this card is Sp. Summoned from the graveyard it returns to the graveyard at the end of the turn.
Obelisk the Tormentor -Offer 2 monsters on your side of the field to destroy all opponent's monsters on their side of the field and inflict 4000 points damage to their LP. By offering “Slifer the Sky Dragon” and “The Winged Dragon of Ra” as a tribute increase the ATK/DEF of this card to infinity until the end of this turn. No other monster, magic, and trap card effect may be activated at this time. Monsters used for a tribute summon or offered as other card effects are excluded. When this card is Sp. Summoned from the graveyard it returns to the graveyard at the end of the turn.
The Winged Dragon of Ra (phoenix mode)-The ATK/DEF of this card is equal to the total ATK/DEF of the monsters offered to summon this card. By paying 2000 LP. destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. Send this card from your hand to the graveyard to Sp. summon 1 “The Winged Dragon of Ra” from your deck.(1)
Summoned Lord Exodia -This card may only be Special Summoned by sending Exodia the Forbidden One, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, and Right Leg of the Forbidden One from your hand to the graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle or affected at any time by Magic, Trap, or Monster Effects. (2)
Five God Dragon -This card may only be Normal Summoned by offering 3 monsters as a tribute. (This card may also be summoned from the fusion deck by using the origional requirements.)This card may only be destroyed as a result of battle by a Light attribute monster. This card cannot be destroyed by Magic, Trap, and Monster Effects.
Dragon Master Knight-This card gains 500 ATK points for every dragon on the field and in either players graveyard.
Hamon Lord of Striking Thunder-This card may only be special summoned by sending 3 magic on your side of the field to the graveyard. This card is not destroyed at any time by the effects of monster, spell, and trap cards. As long as this card remains in face up defense position on the field your opponent may not select another monster as an attack target. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle all damage inflicted during this turn is reduced to 0.
Raviel Lord of Phantasms-This card may only be special summoned by offering 3 Fiend type monsters on your side of the field as a tribute. This card is not destroyed at any time by the effects of monster, spell, and trap cards. Each time your opponent summons a monster(s) Special Summon 1 “Phantasm Tolken” (Fiend-type/Dark/Level 1/1000 ATK/1000 DEF) on your side of the field. These tokens cannot declare an attack. Tribute one monster on your side of the field to increase the ATK of this card by the original ATK of the Tributed monster, until the End Phase of this turn.
Gate Guardian-This card may only be Special Summoned by offering “Sanga of the Thunder”, “Kazejin”, and “Suijin” on your side of the field as a tribute. When this card is summoned successfully put 3 counters on it. Each time this card is destroyed remove 1 counter. When this card has no counters on it destroy this card.
Sorcerer of Dark Magic -This card may only be Special Summoned by removing 1 “Dark Magician” on your side of the field from play. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can negate the activation of Trap cards and destroy them.
Blue Eyes Shining Dragon -This card may only be Special Summoned by offering 1 “Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon” on your side of the field. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each Dragon-Type monster in your graveyard. You can negate Magic, Trap, and Monster effects that designate this card. Offer this monster as a tribute to remove 1 card on the field from play.(3)
Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End -This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card may only be Special Summoned by removing 1 Light and 1 Dark monster in your graveyard from play. Pay 1000 LP. to destroy all cards on the field and in both player’s hands. Then both players draw 6 cards from each of their respective decks. You may not attack the turn you use this effect.
Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning -This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card may only be Special Summoned by removing 1 Light and 1 Dark monster in your graveyard from play. This card can attack twice in one turn, if it successfully destroys an opponent’s monster as a result of battle.
Blue Eyes Toon Dragon -None
Dark Paladin-As long as this card remains face up on the field you can negate the activation of a Magic card and destroy it by discarding 1 card. For every Dragon type monster on the field and in the graveyard increase the ATK of this card by 500 points.
Dark Sage -This card may only be Special summoned by offering 1 “Dark Magician” on your side of the field. When this card is summoned successfully select 1 magic card in your deck and add it to your hand.
Dark Magician of Chaos-This card may be Normal summoned or Sp. Summoned by removing 1 Light and 1Dark monster in your graveyard from play(This card may also be normal summoned). When this card is summoned successfully select 1 magic card in your graveyard and add it to your hand.
XYZ Dragon Cannon-Discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. This effect may only be used once per turn.
Gilford the Legend -When this card is Summoned , you can equip as many Equip Magic Cards from your graveyard as possible to Warrior-Type monster(s) on your side of the field.
Toon Summoned Skull -None.
The End of Anubis-None.
Rare Metal Dragon-The turn that this card it is Normal summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned destroy this card during the End Phase of that turn.
Toon Goblin Attack Force -If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This card’s battle position cannot be changed until the end of your next turn, except with a card effect.
Manga Ryu-Ran -None
Toon Dark Magician Girl -Increase the atk of this card by 300 points for each card with “Dark Magician” in its name or “Magician of Black Chaos”in either player’s graveyard.
Dark Magician Girl -Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each card with “Dark Magician” in its name or “Magician of Black Chaos” in either player’s graveyard.
The Unfriendly Amazon -None
Dark Elf -None.
Toon Gemini Elf -When this card damages your opponent’s life points your opponent randomly discards 1 card from their hand.
Thunder Nyan Nyan -None
Dark Witch -When this card is summoned you may Sp. summon one Dunames Dark Witch from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
Dunames Dark Witch -When this card is summoned you may Sp. summon one Dark Witch from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
Kycco the Ghost Destroyer-When this card inflicts damage to your opponent’s life points remove 2 cards in your graveyard from play.
Exodia Necross -This card may only be Special Summoned by the effect of “Contract with Exodia.” This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle or effected at any time by Magic, Trap, or Monster Effects. Each Standby Phase increase the ATK of this card by 500 points. When this card battles with a Divine attribute monster destroy the monster at the end of the Damage Step.
Magician’s Valkyrie - As long as this card remains face up on the field you can negate monster, magic, and trap card effects that designate Spellcaster type monsters.(3)
The Creator Incarnate-Remove this face up card on your side of the field from play to Special Summon 1 “The Creator” from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
Tribe Infecting Virus-As long as this card remains face up on your side of the field during each standby phase send the top 10 cards of your deck to the graveyard.
Amazoness Chain Master -When this monster is destroyed as a result of battle, by paying 1000 Life Points look at your opponent’s hand and select 1card from it. Add the selected card to your hand and you can use it in this duel. When this card is sent to the graveyard it is sent to the Graveyard of the owner.
Revival Jam -Pay 100 Life Points when this card is destroyed as a result of battle. Then Special Summon this card to the field.
Toon Mermaid -None
Toon Cannon Soldier -Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field to inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent’s life points.
Exiled Force-None.
Goddess of Whim -When this card is summoned successfully double the original ATK of this card.
Toon Masked Sorcerer -When this card inflicts Battle damage to your opponent’s life points draw 1 card from your Deck.
Elemental Hero Bubbleman-If this card is the only card in your hand you may Special Summon this card to your side of the field. When this card is summoned successfully you may draw 2 cards from your deck.
Hand of Nephthys-Remove this face up card on your side of the field from play to Special Summon 1 “Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys” from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
Morphing Jar #2-(flip)-Send the top 3 cards of your deck to the graveyard.
Fiber Jar-(flip)-Combine your hand, deck, graveyard and field. Shuffle them together and this becomes your deck. Then draw 5 cards from your deck.
Needle Worm-Gain 1000 life points for each standby phase that this card was face down on the field.
Injection Fairy Lily -When you summon this card select one of the following effects:
- Pay 1000 Life Points to increase the ATK of this card to 1900.
- During the Damage Step pay 2000 Life Points to increase the ATK of this monster by 3000 points only during the Damage Step.
Uria Lord of Searing Flames-This card may only be special summoned by sending 3 trap cards on your side of the field to the graveyard. This card is not destroyed at any time by the effects of monster, spell, and trap cards. The ATK/DEF of this card is equal to the number of trap cards in your graveyard times 1000. Send 1 trap card from your hand to the graveyard to Sp. Summon this card from the graveyard.

[edit] PDL Magic/Spell Card Effect Modifications TCG Yu-Gi-Oh
YuJyo Friendship- Pay half your life points to activate this card’s effect. As long as this card remains in the graveyard your opponent may not Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Sp. Summon any monsters.
End Unity-Pay half your life points to activate this card’s effect. As long as this card remains in the graveyard your opponent may not acitvate any Magic or Trap cards and the effects of all face up opponent’s Magic and Trap cards are negated.
Thousand Knives -You may only activate this card if you have a face-up card with “Dark Magician” in its name on your side of the field. Destroy 1 monster on your opponent’s side of the field.
Diffusion Wave Motion -Pay 1000 Life Points. Select 1 Spellcaster-Type monster on your side of the field. During this turn, only the selected monster can attack and it attacks all monsters on your opponent’s side of the field. The effects of Effect Monsters destroyed by the selected monster in battle cannot be activated.
Dimension Fusion -Both players pay 1000 LP. Both players Special Summon as many monsters as possible that have been removed from play on their respective side of the field.
Delinquent Duo-Pay 1000 Life Points your opponent randomly selects 2 cards in your hand and discards them to the graveyard.
Creature Swap-Select 1 monster on your side of the field and add it to your deck. Then select 1 monster in your deck and Special summon it to your side of the field. Then shuffle your deck.
The Forceful Sentury-Select 1 card in your hand and return it to the top of your deck.
Card of Sanctity -Both players draw until they have 6 cards in their hand.
Contract with Exodia -Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 “Exodia Necross” from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
Curtain of Dark Magic -Both players can Special Summon 1 card that has “Dark Magician” in its name from their deck to the field.
Toon World -Pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card. As long as this card remains face-up all Toon-Type monsters need no tributes and all Toon-Type monsters are considered Special Summons.
Necrovalley-Increase the ATK/DEF of all cards with “Gravekeeper’s” in their names by 500 points.
Jam Breeding Machine -During each of your Standby Phases, Special Summon 1 “Slime Token” (Aqua-Type/Water/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 500) in Defense Position to your side of the field.

Judgment of the Pharoh -When this card activates Special Summon “Obelisk the Tormentor”, “Slifer the Sky Dragon”, and “The Winged Dragon of Ra” then select one of the following effects:
- Send one [Yu Jyo] from your hand side of the field or deck to the graveyard.
- Send one [End Unity] from your hand side of the field or deck to the graveyard.
Royal Decree -As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate the effects of all Trap Cards on the field. Pay 700 Life Points during each of your standby Phases. If you do not, this card is destroyed.
Solemn Judgment -Pay 1000 Life Points to when your opponent activates a Magic, Trap, or summons a monster (including Special Summon) to negate the action and destroy the Magic Card, Trap Card, or summoned monster. If you have 1000 or less Life Points pay half your Life Points.
Magic Cylinder-When you activate this card select one of the following effects:
- Negate the attack of one opponent’s monster and inflict damage equal to the attacking monster’s ATK to your opponent’s Life Points.
- Redirect the attack of one opponent’s monster back at one of their monsters. Damage calculation applies normally.
Torrential Tribute -Pay 1000 Life Points, when your opponent Normal Summons, Flip Summons or Special Summons a monster. Then destroy all monsters on the field. You may not summon any monsters this turn or conduct your Battle Phase.
Graverobber -Select 1 Spell Card from your opponent’s Graveyard. You can use it as your hand until the end of the turn. If you use it you take 1000 points of damage.
Pyramid of Light-When this card is activated remove all Divine attribute monsters on your opponent’s side of the field from play. Your opponent may not summon any Divine attribute monsters as long as this card remains face up on the field. If this face up card is removed from your side of the field, destroy Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia on your side of the field and remove them from play.
Mirror Wall -Halve the ATK of all opponent’s attacking monsters. Pay 500 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not destroy this card.
Magic Drain-Pay 1000 Life Points. When your opponent activates a Magic Card if they discard 1 card negate the activation of this card and destroy it. If they do not, negate the activation of the Magic Card that they activated and destroy it.
Return from the Different Dimension -Pay 1000 Life Points. Both players then Special Summon as many monsters as possible that have been removed from play on their respective side of the field.
Toon Defense -As long as this card remains face-up on the field Toon-Type monsters cannot be destroyed as a result of battle.
Spellbinding Hexogram -Select 1 card on your opponent’s side of the field. This card cannot attack and its current ATK is halved. You cannot activate any effects of the monster equipped to this card.(4)
Trap Jammer-Discard 1 card from your hand. Negate the activation of a Trap Card and destroy it.
Success Probability 0%-Pay 1000 life points. Destroy all effect monsters on the field.

These cards are either banned or you cannot use a combination of them in the same deck. There are only 2 banned cards. There are however several banned card combinations.

You may not have Sorcerer of Dark Magic or Jinzo in the same deck..
You may only use one Dark Magician in your deck if you use Dark Paladin and Sorcerer of Dark Magic in the same deck.
You may not attack the turn you pay 2000 Life Points with The Winged Dragon of Ra’s effect.
You may not attack the turn that you use Obelisk the Tormentor’s effect.
You may not summon Dark Dust Spirit or play Raigeki, Lightning Vortex, or Dark Hole the turn Harpie’s Feather Duster or Heavy Storm is activated.
You may not have Book of Life and Vampire Genesis in the same deck .
You may not use Chaos Emperor Dragon and Card Destruction in the same deck.
You may not attack the turn that you use Chaos Emperor Dragon’s effect.
You may not attack the turn The Creator of Light Horus is summoned.

As of August 2006 there have been ten copies of The Creator of Light Horus cards made. They were awarded to the winners of tournaments that took place between July 2005 and August 2006. All authentic copies of the Horus cards are parallel rare with their name written in white at the top of the card.These are the effects of the ten cards. I however was unable to find the pictures of nine of these cards. The one I myself own is the Blackheart Horus which is a combination of the (ATK&DEF) Horus's. Below are the effects of these cards. Shared Horus Effects: This card may only be special summoned by removing from play “Obelisk the Tormentor”, “Slifer the Sky Dragon”, and “The Winged Dragon of Ra”. The summoning of this card cannot be negated. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle of or affected at any time by Magic, Trap, and Monster Effects. 1. Attack Horus(ATK)-The DEF of this card is equal to the number of cards in your graveyard times 3000. (This card has infinite ATK points.)
2. Defense Horus(DEF)- The ATK of this card is equal to the number of cards in your graveyard times 3000. (This card has infinite DEF points.)
3. Speed Horus(SPD)-This card must attack before any monster on your side of the field can attack. The attack of this card cannot be negated.
4. Resistance Horus(RES)-All damage involving this card is reduced to 0. (This card has ATK and DEF of 0.)
5. Blackheart Horus-(ATK&DEF)-Destroy all monsters on the opponent’s side of the field when this card is summoned. When this card is sent to the graveyard or removed from play return it to your deck and draw 1 card.
6. Divine Light Horus-(ATK&RES)-When this card is switched from defense position to attack position destroy all monsters on the opponent’s side of the field. You may not attack the turn that you use this effect.
7. Swiftkill Horus-(ATK&SPD)-When this card attacks a face down defense position monster it may attack again.
8. Holy Shield Horus-(DEF&RES)-When this card is equipped with an equip card destroy all cards on the field, hand, and top 5 cards of both players decks.
9. Death Guard Horus-(DEF&SPD)-When a monster attacks this card in defense position the attacking monster is automatiaclly destroyed. Then you can destroy 1 card on the field reguardless of position.
10. Counterstrike Horus-(RES&SPD)-This monster may only be attacked by a monster on your side of the field. When this card is attacked your opponent holds out the top 5 cards of their deck. You then select 1 card and guess its name. If you guess right add the card to your hand and send the other four to the graveyard. If you guess wrong send all five of them to the graveyard.
