[edit] Holy Poop
Wow. Just wow. I came here trying to discover some info to refresh my memory of BB6 after finding the "pieces of shit" comment saved on my hard drive as a wav file, and discovered this article is in serious need of an overhaul. Seriously, these things are supposed to be written using NPOV and this is rife with statements obviously biased one way or another... and don't even get me started on the grammar. I am not trying to offend anyone, I am not sure it is anyones fault - it looks like what has happened is we have a classic situation of numerous people editting bits and pieces without looking at the article as a whole. I haven't been editting much lately, so I will try and rewrite this into a coherent whole and as neutral as possible. Remember, the idea of Wikipedia is to state the facts, not give ones opinions about the contestants - for that there are lots of BB message boards out there.--CokeBear 18:09, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- All the text in the "Chronology" section for the six seasons, was copied from the main article, when I spun them off. Much was originally by fans, while the shows were on the air. Probably they should all be radically condensed, and rewritten, with little of the old text preserved. I think excessive details like "Ivette answered 1,875" can be removed. The main reason the text is in bad shape, is there's too much for anybody to go through. I didn't chop it myself, for fear of upsetting others. The same issues obviously apply to the first five seasons as well. --Rob 18:46, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] BB house
Some one want to put in that there was a new house made before season 6--JB 03:34, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Nerd Herd vs. The Friendship
The so-called "Nerd Herd" alliance was actually much more universally referred to as "The Friendship". They called themselves that, Julie called them that, and on the internet that was the more common name for the alliance. "Nerd Herd" was the term Howie and the Sovereign Six used to refer to them. The article should call the alliance by the name they called themselves. It should be changed in the article. --Mezaco 17:13, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
- Actually 6 houseguests (April, Beau, Eric, Ivette, Jennifer, and Maggie) called them the Friendship, and 8 houseguests called them the Nerd Herd (Ashlea, Howie, James, Janelle, Kaysar, Michael, Rachel, Sarah). Also the internet fans for the most part called them the Nerd Herd (see Joker's Updates's archive of BB6, and Hamster Watches's archive as well). Comedy240 15:48 2 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Excess
The page when I last edited it was 32KB. To cut down on the large page, does anyone think that we can go without the competition table? It adds no new information, it's large, and sticks out like a sore thumb. All of the information is in the chronology anyway. Geoking66 16:09, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
